As I mentioned before, I try my best to cook vegetable-based meals often and use as many types of vegetables as possible. Even those that I do not like very much like fennel, but reading about its fascinating benefits I decided I had to give it one more try using creative recipes to cook it in new where it might taste different, than how I was used to it in my childhood.
