Easy and Quick Pita Bread Recipe



All you will need: 
500 g flour
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml water




Directions:

In a big bowl combine flour and salt. Mix in while adding water to finally create the dough

Knead into a soft and sturdy dough. It should be smooth. Cover the bowl and allow to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Form dough into about 7 equally sized balls. Roll out the balls to 1/2 inch thickness (note: these will rise up while heated.).

Heat up the frying pan and start puting on the pita dough,  flip the pta bread every few seconds to allow both sides to cook and rise until golden. ( see photos) .
