*Quantity depends on the servings
You will need:
1 fresh mango or frozen package
1 big avocado
handful of fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
1 small red onion ( optional )
half lime or lemon
black pepper and salt to taste
Method
Chop all ingredients to small cubs just like its shown in the photo above. squeeze the lime / lemon, add the salt and pepper.
Notes
* You can also use a mix of 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce and 1 tablespoon of olive oil as a final dressing.
*Other salad garnish ideas: raisins, pomegranate, nuts, feta or blue cheese.
