400 grams of cod fillets.
300 grams of salmon fillets
150 grams of shrimp, peeled
1 leek of leek (s)
1 garlic clove (or)
1 medium carrot
1 medium potato
3 tablespoons lobster fund, Touch of taste
2 dl of water
2.5 dl white cooking wine
2.5 dl cooking cream
1 dl cream fraiche
1 package saffron
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 krm black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon of basil
olive oil

1. Cut the fish into 3 cm cubes.
2 cut the vegetables to cubes too and pre boil them apart in another sauce pan.
2. Shred the leek, finely chop the garlic and cut into oil. Add salt, spices, water, fond, wine, cream and crème fraiche and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Put the fish, boil and simmer until the fish is ready. Add the shrimps, potatoes and carrot.
4. Serve the soup warm together with a piece of good bread
