Ingredients
180 g Semper flour coarse mix or any other gluten-free mix (3 dl)
3/4 dl oil
1/2 dl cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
Method
Measure the Semper Coarse Mix in a bowl and add salt, oil, water and egg yolk.
Knead to a dough.
Smooth the edges with the back of a small knife or fork and cool the dough before baking.
Bake in 220 degrees in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes until golden brown.
Fill the bowl with filling and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
