I baked this bread few days ago and family loved it. I had a calssic recipe but I added my own touch which is the peanut butter, chia and sesame seeds for the love of good healthy food additions. I hope you enjoy it!
You will need
100 g of room-warm butter
2 cups sugar
5 ripe bananas (5 pcs about 750 g)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
2 eggs
3 1/2 dl wheat flour (3 1/2 dl corresponds to 210 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
Set oven to 200 ° C.
Peel and mash four of the bananas. Beat butter , peanut butter and sugar with electric whisk. First whisk the eggs and then the mashed bananas.
Mix all dry ingredients and turn into batter. Stir in to a smooth batter.

Pour into the form. Peel and divide a path along. Place the cut surface on the batter. Bake in the center of the oven for about 40 minutes until the bread is golden. Let cool and cut into slices.
