Ingredients
2 teaspoons oil
1 peeled and chopped yellow onion
2 teaspoons of garlic cloves
600 g of frozen green peas
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
7 dl water
2 vegetable broth dice
2 dl creme fraiche
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chili flakes * optional
Pour the oil into a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic until light brown.
Added the peas (save a few peas for decoration), water, salt, and broth. Allow to boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Added crème fraiche, season with salt and black pepper. Mix the soup smoothly with a mixer, stir and keep warm.
Melt some butter in a frying pan, fry pieces of bread or toast until they are golden. Serve the soup with shrimp or boiled egg and parmesan cheese.
Decoration: Decorate with some peas and sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
