Hello again, I am so excited for the fall break and already enjoying it to the max. I am back with another fall flavor reminder. Our fall season is quite short here in the northern part of Sweden so I am trying my best to enjoy every bit and piece of what the fall has to offer... cooking apple, cinnamon, pumpkins, butternut squash, and now quince ... I will be making a French recipe for lunch today using these lovely fruits. Enjoy!
