Hello household trick lovers! I am back with you guys to continue sharing the series of smart housekeeping tricks I collected. If you don't have a pinterests account where you gather your tips and ideas, you can write them down on a small note book instead or record them as short voice clip to your smart phone. I do that all the time when I catch a thought or a new idea I shouldnt miss or forget. So here we go:
1- A lemon works to remove tough food stains from a plastic or light-colored wood cutting board. Squeeze on the juice of one half, rub it in, and let sit for 20 minutes before rinsing.
2- The cardboard tube from a spent roll of toilet tissue is a wonderfully simple tool for keeping extension cords tangle-free.
3. Freeze and preserve fresh herbs in olive oil.The herbs will infuse the oil while freezing, and the ice cubes are very handy for cooking: just pop one out and use as the base of a dish. Works best with rosemary, sage, thyme, and oregano. Dill, basil, and mint should always be used fresh.
Dont forget to pin it. And have a wonderful weekend!
