Hello buddies! I hope you all having a wonderful weekend. Today Is the second SUNNY day in row, what a bless. I often get depressed when its foggy and gray. Its been two months exactly now since I moved here and started establishing a new life style to adapt.
Speaking of life style today I wanna share with you some pieces of a book I read few months ago called the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I learned a new concept and a perspective from the book that I am putting to action at the moment. Changing your habits means changing yourself and if you have a plan to become the ideal you, you gotta start from your habits to achieve that goal. Personally because I like challenging myself always, I added changing habits and considered it a hard task I am going to get done. So I changed my daily routine few weeks ago as follows ; working out everyday, having my last meal ( dinner ) at 5 pm, drinking coffee only once a day without sugar, drinking lots of water and milk (Newly), drink only herbal tea in the evenings, I already don't drink soda. I no longer have cakes and unhealthy snacks (Fika) between meals. I study and keeping my goal to read two books every week.
Now the habits I am still struggling to change is the sleeping and waking times. For useful fun activities I am starting from today to practice piano and guitar in my free time instead of playing Sims or other computer games...ex.. Its so easy to learn anything from the web now days, no need for teachers or trainers. All you will need is your good will..
